The Centres for Seniors Windsor is turning 50 and they’re throwing a gala fundraiser to celebrate!

The “Good As Gold Gala” is on Friday, February 24th at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts.  The evening will include a champagne reception featuring the Silver Ambassadors Concert Band, a multi-course gourmet dinner, followed by dancing and live entertainment by Nemesis.

They’ll perform two shows at 3 and 8 PM.  The group went on to release a dozen gold and platinum albums with groovy classics like “Wedding Bell Blues,” “Stoned Soul Picnic” and “Aquarius/Let the Sun Shine In.” Performing on stage are: Florence LaRue, Willie Williams, Leonard Tucker, Patrice Morrice and Floyd Smith.
