| "United Breaks Guitars" video For Dave Carroll of the Canadian band Sons of Maxwell, revenge is a dish best served with a side of music. Carroll claims that baggage handlers for United Airlines broke his guitar on his way from Nova Scotia to Nebraska. And for the past year, he's been trying to get the airline to own up to their mistake and pay for the guitar. But since his efforts have gotten him nowhere, he decided to write a song about the experience titled "United Breaks Guitars" and post a video on YouTube. United might want to replace the guitar now that more than 100-thousand people have watched the video. |

Beatles streaming new "Revolver' documentaryhttp//:www.thebeatles.comThe Beatles' website is now streaming an excerpt of the new mini-documentary about the making of the album Revolver. The mini-doc is one of 13 short films that are featured on each of the re-mastered albums due out on September 9th. A new Beatles book featuring all the artwork from their albums will be released this fall. Box of Vision is a 200-page L-P-sized book that includes the artwork and liner notes for the Fab Four's original albums, including the U-S versions of their early albums and later releases such as Love and Let It Be...Naked. Box of Vision also features room for fans to store the C-D versions of the albums inside the book. |
